Product Description

1. The belt is equipped with self automatic centering device, deliver smooth running.
2. Equipped with one set of spraying system, each group can fit up to 6 spraying guns(Max.6)
3. One diaphragm pump and pressurizer are able to deliver a smooth paint supplying for the spraying system.
4. Equipped with sensor at the loading, detecting the length of work pieces, working together with PLC for precise spraying.
5. Inside the machine equipped with independent compressed air regulation device and filter.
6. The air decontamination system:First the paint collection device absorb surplus paint in the air, then the filter will make further absorption in order to access high efficient decontamination.
7. Reasonable paint recycling mechanism deliver a high paint reusing rate.
8. Adopt multiple-function PLC program control system with excellent human-machine interaction, with single and continuous move function.

Standard packing for exporting requirement. Normally by film . Can be custom packed to meet up with local policies.
